Launching NAAM in the Arab League

Hope MCF launched its NAAM platform with the aim of fostering a comprehensive synergy among initiatives in the Arab world.

Hope MCF recently launched its Naam platform for Women Empowerment and Women Health Women Cancer on September 18,2022 , under the patronage of the General Secretary of the League of Arab States at the Arab League's headquarters in Cairo. The platform aims to create comprehensive synergy in the Arab world by gathering similar initiatives on a single platform, allowing all initiators to work together and achieve better results on their respective Sustainable Development Goals of the UN.

At the launch event, the Master of Ceremonies, Maya Helbaoui, welcomed several VIPs, including Her Excellency Ambassador Haïfa Abu Ghazala, Her Excellency Dr. Nivine el Kabbag, Minister of Social Affairs in Egypt, His Excellency Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Public Health in Egypt, and Dr. Ahmad Morsy, Executive Director of the Egypt Presidential Initiative for Women's Health.

By synergizing all women's health and women's cancer research initiatives in the Arab world, each achiever can collaborate with others to join efforts on the same SDGs, leading to faster and more efficient outcomes. This is one of the objective of NAAM platform produced by Hope mcf, and as per Dr. Nadia Cheaib is a healthcare professional and research specialists. This is how together, Hopemcf – NAAM , PANARAB of Cancer, Egypt Presidential Initiative for Women's Health, ESGO - Egypt Society of Gynec Oncology, LBGOG - Lebanon Gynec Oncology Group, and Mediterranean One, aligned along with Arab league to produce a joint Arab five years strategy to serve faster and more efficiently, all their joint goal SDG3 (Health) with SDG5 (Equality). This will lead to faster and more efficient outcomes, creating a positive impact on women’s health and cancer research initiatives in the region.

The Naam platform's launch, its first significant milestone in the Arab world's and in women healthcare, to promote sustainable development goals in the region by leveraging the collective expertise and resources of like-minded individuals and organizations, the NAAM Platform will not only make a significant and positive impact by synergizing and collecting effort about women only but also by impacting on women health, and unified cancer research effort initiatives in the Arab world.
